The ecoTUBETM product line is ideally suited for engines between 5MW and 25MW in electrical output.
Safety Power is pleased to introduce our innovative SilentMix™ design. Combining the functionality of an upstream mixing duct with a silencer, reduces the overall system size and back pressure resulting in considerably lower overall project costs. The SilentMixTM design delivers 25-35 dBA of sound attenuation while ensuring NOx compliance.
Safety Power offers versions of our ecoTUBETM with multiple injectors. This approach provides a degree of redundancy that delivers unparalleled system uptime. Avoiding engine downtime ensure maximum plant profitability while also allowing operational issues to be addressed during regularly scheduled system maintenance .
Multiple injectors also reduce the requirement for pressure intensive static mixers reducing the overall system back pressure, reactor size and cost.
Safety Power is a ISO 9001 registered company. Our welders are certified and all of our reactors are pressure tested. In addition each reactor goes through extensive testing and extensive quality control checks.
